Pelindah Umutoni
I create through sound, story, and structure. Art has always been my language. As a child in Uganda, I wrote songs before I fully understood what songwriting was. I performed for my family, not knowing that those small living-room concerts were shaping my future. Creation came naturally, not as performance, but as expression.
Today, my work spans music, film, live production, and creative strategy. I am interested in how art and culture move people, emotionally, socially, and professionally. I build platforms and projects that don’t just inspire but also create pathways.
My practice lives at the intersection of storytelling and systems. I care about beauty, but I also care about impact. I care about healing, but I also care about access. I care about sound, but I also care about structure.

Aidan Nassuna
Aidan Nassuna is an African storyteller who turns lived experience into film, poetry, and platforms that amplify voices too often left out of the narrative. She is the co-founder of Voices of Our Roots, the second Executive Producer of After I Arrived documentary, creator and host of Second Shuffle podcast; a podcast that explores how immigrants rebuild identity, creativity, and belonging after starting over.
In the film industry, Aidan is a member of International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 873, working as a Grip and Lighting Technician and has worked on major television and film productions, including IT: Welcome to Derry.
